			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Now that we have launched our online shop, we would like to take the opportunity to say thank you to a very special group of people.</p>
<p>They have helped us in so many ways that we cannot imagine how we would have pulled through otherwise. Here are our heroes:</p>
<p><strong>Katharina Schössler and Henry Jaeger</strong> – Food technicians and general experts for so much at the <a title="Food Tech TU Berlin" href="http://www.foodtech.tu-berlin.de/menue/home/parameter/en/" target="_blank">Department of Food Process Engineering at the Technische Universität Berlin</a>.</p>
<p>Our launch pad into the mystical lava island… <strong>Klaus Guttenberger</strong> &#8211; Director of <a title="La Tanganilla" href="http://www.facebook.com/people/La-Tanganilla-Asociaci%C3%B3n/100000744020966" target="_blank">La Tanganilla</a>, association of organic farming in Lanzarote and Director of the local <a title="WWF Adena" href="http://www.wwf.es/wwf_adena" target="_blank">WWF Office</a>.</p>
<p><strong>Markus Weisbeck</strong> and the whole <strong>Surface</strong> Team – <a title="Surface" href="http://www.surface.de" target="_blank">Surface</a>, an obsession with sustainable graphic design.</p>
<p><strong>Jan Persiel</strong> –  <a title="Persiel.com" href="http://www.persiel.com" target="_blank">Persiel.com</a> fuses with technology creating usability and beauty.</p>
<p>The competent and kind team at the <strong>Paradiesfrucht</strong> freeze-drying company which supported us from day one – <a title="Paradiesfrucht GmbH" href="http://www.paradiesfrucht.de" target="_blank">Paradiesfrucht</a> and &#8220;freeze-dried freshness.&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>Bernadette Karl</strong> &#8211; senior accessories designer… one day a chilli bracelet.</p>
<p><strong>Margarethe  and Elisabeth Petrus</strong> – when manual labour becomes a delicate craft.</p>
<p><strong>Xenxo and Julia López</strong> – helping us cross our linguistic bounds.</p>
<p><strong>Josep Rovira</strong> – Filmdirector at <a title="TV3" href="http://www.tv3.cat" target="_blank">tv3</a> - Josep is not only a language whizz, but also a dear amic!</p>
<p><strong>Suse and Hannes von Goesseln</strong> – “Lanza” insiders, art insiders and wonderful friends.</p>
<p><strong>Joana Breidenbach</strong> &#8211; <a title="Joana Breidenbach" href="http://www.joanabreidenbach.de/" target="_blank">Joana</a> on how to inspire while perspiring.</p>
<p><strong>Julinka</strong> &#8211; Without you, we would have floated down the river of nameless oblivion.</p>
